Classical V-belts :

Wedge V-Belts:

Classical V-belts remain the most widely used and are proven to offer dependable service with minimum maintenance in a variety of medium and heavy duty industrial drives. Wrapped belts feature bias cut cover fabric impregnated with a special rubber to protect the inner layers and to provide excellent resistance to abrasion against the pulley groove.Wrapped type belts are manufactured in A, B, C, D and E sections as standard, and in special sections 20 and 25.

Wedge High capacity Wedge V-belts are designed to meet BS3790, DIN7753 and RMA (IP22) specifications, offering possibilities for more compact drive designs. Incorporating polyester cords for low elongation and high tensile strength, they are heat and oil resistant and antistatic. Wedge wrapped belts are available in American sections 3V, 5V and 8V, and in European metric types SPZ, SPA, SPB, SPC.

They are especially useful in heavy-duty applications where shock loading and vibration problem occur, and on long centre distances, vertically mounted shafts, small diameter pulleys, and reverse drive applications.

Raw-edge-cogged-v belts Raw edge cogged belts provide flexibility to enable the use of smaller pulleys, and so save costs on drive design. For long service life the construction features wear, oil and heat resistance top and bottom fabric, and specially compounded compression rubber with fibres that maintain the stability of the cross section. Specially treated low-stretch, high-strength polyester cords provide great resistance to bending fatigue and ensure the stability of belt length.

They are dealing in classical sections AX, BX and CX, in American sections 3VX and 5VX, and in European sections SPZX (XPZ), SPAX(XPA), SPBX(XPB), SPCX(XPC).

Ribbed- belts The Dunlop ribbed belts are ideally suited for high speed, and or high drive ratio applications that conventional V-belts just can’t handle.

They offer smooth, vibration-free performance in a single, compact drive belt which is resistant to heat and abrasion for longer belt life. Dunlop ribbed belts are offered in H, J, L and M profiles.

Double-sided-timing-belts Dunlop double sided timing belts allow to transmit power from either side of the belt. They are often used in reversing and serpentine applications where synchronization from both sides of the belt is required.

Double sided timing belts are available in the following profiles:

Imperial pitch: XLDD, LDD, HDD

Parabolic: RBC5 DD, RBC8 DD, RBC14 DD.
